INSPECTIONS
A quality detailed inspection is the foundation of bringing our customers the greatest value in the care of their home, rental or business property. At value we have a 4 stage process that initiates our in-depth inspections.

Stage 1. Gather information
Our number one goal is to help our customers! That is why this stage is so important. We are at your property to help you, and to do so, we need you to help us understand what your concerns are. This is why we take the time to look and listen to you about your concerns.
Stage 2. Exterior Inspection
We go around the entire property in order to probe all accessible areas. We have a unique probes that allow us to go up to 42 feet high allowing us to get to most all eaves. Probing will ensure that we discover a full spectrum of the damages that have occurred from Wood Destroying Organisms such as dry wood termites, subterranean termites, and Fungus damage, which is commonly called dry rot.
We measure in order to obtain an accurate foot print of the property for noting all of the locations that there is infestation and damage. In addition if the property is in need of a fumigation the cubic feet will be determined.
We diagram in detail all of the locations and determine what is the proper recommendation in order to correct the issue effectively while at the same time seeking to give each customer the greatest Value monetarily .
We invite the customer to walk around the property in order to show them the specific locations and findings. At the same time we will discuss the recommendations to meet there needs.
We Shoot a video specific to the findings and recommendations that have been discussed. This video is private and is used to ensure that the report the customer receives is accurate to the conversation that occurred just before shooting it. It also insures that when the work is done it shows all the details to the crews that perform the work.
Stage 3. Interior Inspection
Inspect all Crawl spaces including attic and sub areas.
Inspect all interior Garage areas
Inspect interior areas that are of concern to our customers. In the event that a property is attached to a real estate transaction or is going to be, we will inspect all interior rooms.
Stage 4. Education
We desire to make sure our customers have a full understanding of how we will help them make an educated decision that is in their best interest. That is why we take the time to go over all findings and recommendations with them in detail.
